Insecure, assumptive, fearful, conflicted thinking works to destroy not only that which is good for the self, the proper life-conduct and application of living the life, but also, exerts a deadly influence upon others, especially if others have not developed in their own consciousness to block out these negative-energies (thoughts, feelings) coming their way. Conflicted thinking produces conflicted feelings which is then deposited into the psyche, and in analogy, as the soil would feed the plant the proper nutrients for its growth, an imbalanced psyche, one that is wretched in turmoil, produces poisonous nutrients for the proceeding thoughts, feelings and emotions.
Egotistical, biased, lack of self worth-thinking, fearfulness, anxious, nervous, insecure, hateful, jealous, envious, avaricious, submissive, overly-humble thoughts produce proceeding feelings, and should these feelings go unattended or dealt with in a non-neutral-logic manner into their origins, then emotions are inevitably built from the wrong-proceeding feelings which originated from the wrong-proceeding thoughts, and so, leads to completely illogical outcomes. The earth human thinks him/herself to be a master at hiding their warped psyches, diverting the attention away from the core-problem, pointing the gaze at the lesser of effects so that the main cause is hidden. Yet it is impossible for any human being to hide who, what they are, and their true intentions, for the human being is oscillating all the time with electromagnetic-energy and fluidal forces.
If that wasn't enough, the delivery of words, the timing, the pace, the motive, the reasoning, the body language, the look in the eyes etc. paired with deductive reasoning and logic works to unlock the true intent of a human being's proceeding actions, even though they would cleverly try to utilize red herring and diversion. The fact is that insecurity is a self-destructive device that works to eliminate not only the possibilities of good for the self, rather, all who may be connected to them. The universe itself was not built on uncertainty. Nothing that is good or lasts was built off fear and loathing.
Thus, to the human that is unable to find their own self-worth and constantly finds their self-worth challenged by others, then he/she commits a terrible act against themselves and their own part-piece of Creation; naturally already severing a universal law. That is that the human being should put Creation first before all other gods, tin gods, holy ones and so forth, and this is especially so that the Creation part-piece that is themselves should be first and given the proper respect and responsibility that one goes out and performs the consciousness evolution which leads to the evolution of that part-piece (spirit).
However, this is simply impossible to achieve if the human is weak, timid, unsure, always trying to please others; always stepping over a minefield, and so forth, because such human beings, unaware to their own self-awareness, put themselves in a constant testing self-competitive maze, and by default, how the human deals with themselves will radiate to others. This is also why it must be said - be very careful who one seeks counsel from. If the giver of advice has not yet done the work to create a clean, pristine, certain consciousness, then the given advice is like food covered in sludge. It may be tasty, but deadly to consume.
Lack of self-worth, acolyte-levels of humility, self-competition, etc. produces thoughts of jealousy and disdain toward others, especially in regards to the success of others, because the human who is of low self-worth cannot fathom the measure of success for themselves. It seems impossible or a magical feat if another is to accomplish something because to the insecure human, they have placed limitations upon themselves that hinder their evolution to such a toxic manner that they can no longer even see possibility for themselves, and by extension, the rest of mankind.
How does one shatter insecurity then? The inevitable question arises. The truth is that one must study how did earth humans fall to such levels, and of course, a great deal of it has to do with religious influences - especially of those that teach father-god is above all, and that the saints and high priests are the ones exclusively with the knowledge and wisdom, and anyone outside that is not authentic nor should they be listened to or relied on for their own inner strength. The religious influences has worked to destroy mankind and plunder; drum, and beat into their heads to become dependent, giving away all their self-power to these high priests, gurus, cults and so forth.
He/she has lost his way to the pre-given Creational nature inside him/her which time and time again impulses the human being to find their way back to Creation, its laws and recommendations, and use this loving wisdom so that he/she can become a King/Queen in their physical lifetimes. Yet the earth human, damaged and distorted by religion and cultic influences, pound themselves into submission and like a terrible drug, finds themselves so clutched to the drug that he/she cannot even come to neutral-logic and reason which is beyond themselves. He/she has fallen so far in their dependent religious addictions of pitiful self-worth, and the need for others to be above them, that ironically, it develops inferiority complexes, even to the humble human who goes out of their way to hide it.
He/she ironically becomes egotistical from their over-positive humility, and at this stage of positive-degeneration, he/she has become so biased, especially with the illogical emotions and feelings coming into the picture, influencing the consciousness energy, that he/she cannot even be reasoned with. He/she becomes completely lost in illogic and blindness that they now only seek out the help of others, and often times, others can trample over these "lost souls" (so to speak), and abuse, trick and profit from such wretched psyches. This is how the dependency on tarots, gurus, saints, pastors, preachers, teachers, and so forth are formed. Yet it does not end there, for even if the spiritual teaching and spiritual teaching peoples and groups come in the way to help such human beings then even this is trampled over.
The insecure, fearful, overly-dependent, inferiority-complex-based, lack of self-worth thinking human has developed such deadly religious tendrils in their consciousness that he/she, though they may be confronted with the truth and true spiritual teaching peoples and groups, are still blind in their biased self-delusions. He/she then uses the spiritual teaching no longer as the truth but a conduit for enabling their religious dogmas, delusions, insecurities, fragilities, weak thinking, comforts and so forth. Because one finds the teaching (the truth) does not mean one suddenly understands, regardless of how many spiritual teaching books they get their hand on. As long as the work of this knowledge is not applied and utilized in the everyday life - in the practical thinking, then this knowledge, and by extension, the spiritual teaching, only remains a small influence and in worst cases, a non-factor that can even enable terrible behaviors, beliefs, ideas and so forth if the human has not come to the conclusion of the knowledge within themselves.
The only way the human can truly break the chains of insecurity, self-degradation, fearfulness, anxiousness, nervousness, and so on, is that he/she learns to trust themselves again; that is the real self, the innermost "I", and learns to pay attention to its wise guidance. Only if the human learns to pay attention to this deepest voice can he/she find absolute comfort, peace, serenity, understanding and wholesomeness about the self, the life, the reality around them, and use this piecemeal to apply within their own relative destinies. This is by no means an easy task, especially growing up in a world that encourages being insecure, delusional, praising others, trusting in pastors, gurus, teachers, tarots, books, and so forth in blind, non-self-thinking manners.
Again, the only way the human can build themselves up is to rely upon themselves, be courageous and take the leap, regardless of mistakes because those mistakes can be fixed and one can learn in order to bring about wisdom. Therefore, he/she who was once weak can become strong, and he/she who was insecure, delusional and uncertain, can become secured, sane and certain. He/she who was unsure about the life and their self-worth will find the answers to all their problems and more if they look within themselves and develop a trusting connection to all forms of the self, physically and spiritually.
He/she must therefore take the necessary steps to look within themselves and properly and unbiasedly identify what has led them to the state where they're at. Why do they think the way they do? What drives them? How did the childhood affect the adult personality? What specific circumstances or influences grew the human to become the way they are? By no means are these easy, especially depending upon the level of damage to the psyche, but it is, nevertheless, a critical step to the breaking down of these "demons" (so to speak); that is to say - these incorrect modes of thinking and feeling which has trapped the human into their own hells.
However, if the human confronts these issues in a completely neutral manner that is unbiased toward the self, then he/she can work to properly manage, move and deal with these problems. Upon identification of an issue, one, naturally, develops the knowledge of how to deal with the problem if enough effort and determination is given. Thus, a will to improve; a desire to actually fix the problem is mandatory if the insecure human wishes to overcome their pitfalls. Never and never can this be forced because the consciousness itself will rebel if it is strong-armed into anything, including the truth. Indeed, religious dogmas have done such an impressive job of destroying the mass-psyche that those who fall out of religion, even those who think they're not religious, suffer withdrawal syndromes in multitudes of ways - some of which are so small and cleverly hidden that to the human expressing these delusions, it can be an almost impossible task to observe, especially if the human lacks the proper concentrative capabilities.
While at first it may be a difficult path to endure, the process becomes streamlined and easier the more the human can be completely honest with themselves in a manner where they do not beat themselves over the head with a stick or devolve into overthinking. This is why meditation is of such great importance because not only does it help to connect the human with their innermost "I", but calms the breathing, steadies the heart rate, stimulates the brain hemispheres and lowers the blood pressure. He/she who meditates thus not only becomes healthier mentally or in the thoughts and feelings and overall-consciousness block, rather, he/she also becomes healthier physically, and if their vessel (physical being) is in a healthier state, then similarly to a good driver using a good car, better results can unfold versus a driver using a beat-up car, the beat-up car in this case being the physicality of the human being.
The truth is no amount of lasting success nor can happiness, satisfaction, peace, love, harmony, freedom, trust and a loving of the self, reality and mankind by extension, happen if he/she is lost in his/her own hells. As long as each individual human being remains degenerated in their consciousness then peace is not possible to attain in the world. The only way forward is for each and every individual human to look within, discover the truth and use this knowledge in practical application for themselves and the rest of mankind. By studying and fixing the self, the human naturally becomes more capable of helping others and understanding them in a compassionate, empathetic way.
