A lecture on beneficial consciousness-based 'programs' and using the imagination to create healthy psychological 'roleplay' in order to unknot deep-seeded psychical issues and other psychological related problems or traumas.
The Doer is a representation of the practical self, your skills and abilities, advantages and limitations, and what you can and cannot do toward a goal or a dream.
The Dreamer is a representation of the ideal self, your goals and dreams, wishes and desires, and a safe space/zone to continue dreaming and being motivated.
At no point must these two cross over. Instead, they must remain separate but not necessarily a duality. In this regard, the Dreamer and the Doer must be aware of the differences between both aspects/representations and work hand in hand to fulfill a zeal, or goals, and life as a whole.
The Doer and the Dreamer are like male and female. They belong to the totality of the self/the person's consciousness, just like male and female belong to the human species, but their functions are different to attain that purpose. Both come together as one to create a new whole (law of 3, law of harmony)
