While the answers may be obvious to have a proper life attitude and think the right thoughts, the actual going-through of an issue or challenge represents the true test of what we've learned and how we respond to it.
Developing self-trust is critical to adequate mental, emotional, consciousness-based health.
How do we develop self-trust?
Mistakes are part of developing self-trust; Identifying where you genuinely went wrong and need to improve vs berrating yourself.
Self-control, self-discipline and ultimately self-mastery cannot come from oppressing one's self and his/her consciousness.
The consciousness, like a child, will rebel against oppression; When students, readers, listeners, audiences etc. follow these teachings, they sometimes can get trapped in an ultra-dogmatic-stringent approach. This is a red flag.
Self-trust and the inevitable confidence can only be built upon clear testing and experimentation of life.
It takes courage to develop self-trust.
With adequate self-trust, one can know his/her advantages and limitations and how to get around them.
