Don't Wait for Tomorrow to Wake Up from Depression
- Wake up here and today; As in, to embrace life in all its glory and fullness.
- Obstacles and challenges, especially in earlier life and its relation to causal returns (religiously referred to as 'karma') which the human has to deal with.
- Putting up with your causal returns (resp. karma) with grace, dignity and elegance; Dealing with what you have to deal with now instead of putting it off for tomorrow.
- Procrastination when it comes to self improvement; Trap of laziness which breeds mediocrity, being mollycoddled and being weak.
- Contrary to over-positive, false, guilt-conscience 'humanitarians' and 'human rights activists', including so-called 'mental health helpers', INNER STRENGTH is ABSOLUTELY MANDATORY to overcome your issues, including depression.
- Trap of depression; The spiral that keeps on feeding into itself; How depression happens and why depressed people feel helpless and not in control; How to combat depression and get out of it.
- Mollycoddling depression/depressed people or (depending on the severity) treating people as fragile, 'special care' cases only makes the depressed persons spiral worse; Cultural conformities actually damage mental health patients most of the time rather than helping them.
